DESCRIPTION OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE FOR PROVIDING ACCESS TO STORED DOCUMENTS

6. | Duration of Public Service Provision | Documents are issued to the reading room on the day agreed upon by the reader and the reading room employee, which is recorded in the Electronic Archive Information System (hereinafter - EAIS) or on the document order form. If it is not possible to issue documents on the specified day, the documents are issued on the next day agreed upon by the reader and the reading room employee |
7. | Price of providing Public Service (if the service is provided for a fee) | Documents and document search tools are provided to the Archive readers for access free of charge |
8. | Public Service Order | Only registered readers are served in the reading rooms. Readers can register through EAIS or by submitting written requests. Written requests can be submitted directly upon arrival at the reading rooms, sent by mail or via electronic communication and will be accepted if they are legible and the sender can be identified. Readers are re-registered every calendar year. Preferred documents can be ordered by readers through EAIS or by submitting a written order form to the reading room employee.
